"ProSteel Security Products (ProSteel), founded in 1947, is a leading manufacturer of high quality security doors, vaults and safes. ProSteel has consistently maintained a leadership role in the security products industry by setting the benchmark for quality and product innovation. Since 1982, Browning has been the exclusive distributor of ProSteel's gun safes, co-branded as Browning/ProSteel. ProSteel continues it's tradition of industry leadership and product innovation, by utilizing the latest CNC CAD/CAM fabricating machinery, modern painting systems, and lean manufacturing techniques. Today the Company is a vertically integrated manufacturer with complete engineering and design capabilities supporting ongoing product and process improvement. The Company's products are recognized for offering high quality and value and are marketed on the basis of having unique construction and design features that exceed industry and independent laboratory test standards.

ProSteel's corporate headquarters are located in Provo, Utah. The company has 90 employees, and markets security doors through direct selling efforts and manufacturing representatives.
